Important Sizing Information

Some of our UGG boots may have a size printed on the boot that differs from the size you order. This is because, in some cases, the manufacturer’s printed sizing does not align with the Australian sizing we use.

For example, if you order a Men’s AU 10, you may receive a boot labelled Men’s 12. While the printed size may appear different, the actual fit has been measured and matched to the correct Australian sole sizing, so the boots you receive should fit as ordered.

Once you have received your boots, before contacting our team, we kindly ask that you try on your boots to assess the fit rather than relying on the size printed on the label.
