Layby & Holds

LAYBY POLICY

Layby’s are only provided/ given on discretion of the Owner’s of The Skin Thing. We have afterpay available if you require a payment plan. However, on receiving a layby option, we reserve the right for the item to be paid off within 2 months from initial first payment. Regular payments are to be made over these 2 months.

It is not our responsibility to follow up for these payments, and by the end of the two months, if the item is not paid for or unable to be paid for, it will remain the property of The Skin Thing and no refund provided on any monies paid.

We will endeavour to contact you at the end of the two month period, and if unsuccessful you will lose the item and your deposits.

 

HOLD POLICY

If you go into our order book for a specific item we either do not carry or we have run out of stock, and we make contact with you regarding it being available, we will hold this item for you for TWO WEEKS. If you do not come to purchase/ collect the item, we return it to our shelves and you will have to wait for new stock if we run out.

We will make TWO attempts to contact you/ leave a message stating said item has come into store and we will place it on hold for you, it is then your responsibility to ensure that you come to buy/ collect it.
